Information we collect
Account and contact details, profile and identity images, service requests, uploaded goods images, quotes, orders, bookings, referrals, payment references, support messages, attachments, device/security logs and compliance evidence.
How we use it
To verify users, source goods, coordinate travel and logistics, calculate and record quotes, process bookings, prevent fraud, reconcile payments, communicate status, investigate complaints and meet legal obligations.
Public and private information
Only approved supplier profiles, accommodation listings, published exchange rates and marketing content are public. Identity documents, customer uploads, private contact details, quotes, payment records and internal notes are not public listing data. Customers can access only records linked to their own account.
Service providers and cross-border processing
We may share the minimum necessary information with approved suppliers, payment providers, carriers, accommodation partners, professional advisers or lawful authorities when required for the requested service or applicable law. A traveller or buyer will be informed where additional documents are needed.
Payment security
Portal support forms must not contain passwords, PINs, one-time codes, full card numbers or CVV values. Payment providers may process information under their own privacy and security terms.
Uploads and evidence
Goods images, identity files and complaint evidence must be relevant, lawful and free from malicious content. Access is limited according to role and service need.
Retention and account closure
Account details may be corrected by the owner. Closing an account disables access, while identity, financial, security, audit and dispute records may remain for legally required or defensible retention periods.
Your choices and requests
Use the contact centre to request access, correction, restriction, deletion or a privacy review. Identity verification may be required before information is disclosed or changed.
Policy readiness
This policy should receive professional review under Ghana’s Data Protection Act and applicable cross-border requirements before public production launch. Updates should state their effective date.
